its called sleep cycle Bharti, you have to take naps according to sleep cycle. Basically 1 sleep cycle completes in 45mins and so on. So if you nap and wake up without finishing your sleep cycle, you feel more drowsy instead of feeling fresh. So may be take naps with alarm set for 45mins or 90mins.
