Have you talked about the composting toilet yet? I've tried not to miss an upload. I think you're offering your kids a valuable life experience. My husband teaches and coaches high school kids and they're severely lacking real life skills and the ability to figure out problems alone and in a group, not to mention work ethic. Really enjoying your channel.

Thanks for watching our channel, We haven't done a composting toilet video yet, but we will. I highly recommend the natures head composting toilet.

You guys could build a large cutting board that goes over the sink but stores away when not in use. And it's not very wasteful either, because a good cutting board could last your lifetime if properly taken care of. America's test kitchen has fine reviews of cutting boards, and they suggest teak as their favorite wood. It doesn't need to be oiled as often, and it's got a nice hardness so that it doesn't damage the blades as quickly.

@@LifeofLind: That's cool. Just be careful with doing end cut boards. They tend to crack more and are less forgiving.
