Thank you for your candidness. I have a love/hate relationship with social media. I do feel like my life is better without it and whenever I don’t go on IG or delete my social media apps on my phone, not only does my phone literally feel lighter but so does this weight off my chest.

Loved this video!! So so true. I can relate SO much.. i’ve posted things not too long ago where I pretended to be happy and everything was fine, and they were not. Still today I smile and laugh, but inside i’m not happy. Crazy how we can lie to people... even the ones closest to us.. in my case anyway. Thanks for the video Liz. Have a good day
