You should find a parallel road and have the first guy tell someone he can travel in time. Then have a second guy ask if they wanna know how it works while the first guy runs back in the parallel road. You can count on forehand how long it takes to run it, so the second guy can stall for that amount of time with them. When they're confused you have the first guy come back and appear like the third one. See how many times you can run back until they either crossed the sideway or they notice whats happening.

ORRR Go one step further into the loop. Have the first twins say "Ohhhh so that's why you guys were so confused when we met, 5 seconds ago. We're looping with each other." And if they're intrigued, explain further, with something like "Okay so five seconds ago, we met for the first time and had no idea who you were, but you were saying something like 'We just saw each other, even though we had never met. You guys were acting all shocked, we didn't know why, we didn't know who you were." Bonus points if you have a totally unrelated person get their names first, so that the first twin(s) can act like they know them. IMAGINE
