Hi Bony, thanks for this vid. These are more like intermediate salaries. I know guys who ear significantly more than that. I did a vac work at BDO last year so before going there I did a bit of research and came across BDO transparency report which they published. On that report they reveal to the public how much they pay the directors and partners of the firm and on average the quoted a remuneration of R2.7m per annum. Which is around R225k monthly, but i understand its hard to get such people to share their payslips.

It's not hard, actually , we've seen very high salaries on this platform, even a CTO earning over R1m. Let's say akukaqondani cos na.a CA s did share and the salaries were okay.

Bonnie, please know that accounting is not maths. Maths is a science & is discovered (Like biology & science). Accounting is created (Like law & logistics). They both use numbers, but, are different. Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Quant & Risk are maths degrees, not accounting.

Its not Math, but its not an easy degree, and they do Stats as well. They deserve so much more.
