I see why they came in 2nd. The choreography is dope! Very well executed. For all you technical critics toes are pointed and technique is there. I dont understand how people don't respect majorette as a true style of dance. It is one of the more difficult styles of dance because it is so versatile. It incorporates ballet jazz hip hop acro etc. It's cool if you've never heard of it especially if you're not from the south but it's another to disrespect it as a real style of dance just because you've never seen it or simply because you've never seen it done right. Like Dianna said they're gonna show how good majorette is when it's done right!

Wow 2nd?? That’s not bad at all considering all of the other jazz ballet and lyrical teams they competed against. This just goes to show that the dancing dolls can hang with the best of them! Kudos to the dolls!!

Dt Exactly I agree.... they are at the top of their game and danceform just like the other teams. They could have performed a hiphop, jazz funk, jazz or acro dance, all of which they do well. They went to Nationals as who they are a majorette team and placed second! Very proud of them. Top five placement their goal.

Mmmm I don't think so... Lifetime made this competitions, they choose the judges, venue.. they choose everything.. So watching this majorette dance routine by the DANCING DOLLS the co-owner of Bring it! that's probably why they came out in second lol.. But let's go to a REAL competition without any help of any tv network just about their talent and let see if they have the same luck.

The music is copyrighted. Even on the show they just put diffrent music on then what they are actually preforming to. People can use any music for entertainment but not when your making a profit off of it and with lifetime being such a big company it puts an instant target on their back if they slip up

The Dolls absolutely bodied this routine! This is the most difficult choreography I've seen then perform & they executed it with pointed toes, personality, & energy. For everyone saying Crystianna didn't deserve her spot, y'all can choke on this video! She & Camryn feed off of each other like leeches lol.

Leah Unfeigned Improvement was also a factor in choosing girls for nationals. Crystianna earned her spot! She had four different solos & you can see her growth in every one of them. She slayed this routine with error.

Leah Unfeigned Lol. The decision was based on more than the audition. Yes, some girls did better than Crystianna at the audition but Coach D saw something in Crystianna that she didn't see in the other girls. Without the audition, I'm sure Coach D still would've chose the vets. But we can agree to disagree.

I'm saying if Starbound called out the top ten instead of just the top five (in the seniors division), cam would have placed six and faith would have placed as well. Just like princess and crystianna, neither came in top five but because they were in the juniors division, their solos were called. Just saying.

Dm didn't create Starbound.😌 And these girls have more stamina, muscle and a diversified dance arsenal as compared to the dance mom's girls. Basically in my opinion, the dolls shut it down.🔥 It was a nice change of pace for sure.

She favors her left because that's where she's most flexible just like Makya is most flexible on her right leg, that's also the leg Coach D makes the girls use more...however, Captain Cam points both feet for tha gods hunty. You can see it in her solo routine... she does a pirouette where her raised leg is her right and that foot is seriously pointed. Also when she does an acro dance move in the same solo, a handstand and she stretches and bends the right leg so far back, she's literally kicking her head, and that right foot is mad pointed.

Good job. The girls killed it. But I hate that Dancing Dolls are at Dance Moms old competitions. PLEASE go to others so the girls can truly compete and grow as dancers . I love dancing dolls. I believe Sky and Star are seniors too (as are Faith, Kenjenae and Camryn -- Makayla is leaving too.) So they won't get that chance. At least we will see more of them all in the first part of season 5. I will really miss all the seniors. They have reached a level of dance that surprised everyone. Great job!!!

Emily Chang No. It's their first starbound competition. Their style of dance, called majorette, doesn't even have a category there. They do compete each week against other majorette teams. That's what the show is about. It has nothing to do with Dance Moms. No mean Abbey. Their coach screams and curses, but she would never belittle a child.
