He needs big buffs. His issue is similar to mercy, in that he can only heal or do damage where other supports can do both at the same time. The tradeoff for that has to be something really strong (rez, guardian angel, damage boost being real good) or he needs to be doing more damage than other supports when he's comitting to it.

At this point they should just give him some extra utility because all extra healing ain't gonna win the team fights just like with his previous buffs. I'd like to see something like the enemy players being anti'd from being hit from a number of thorn valley shots or something like that which would fit thematically with the character and also do more than just healing and repositioning.

Nice idea. I’d like thorns to maybe do less impact damage but have a damage over time or linger effect, like being burned or hit by widow mine. And just let life grip cleanse. If kiriko can cleanse away a team anti nade or a whole team hit by junker Queen ult. Than a single target cleanse isn’t going to break the game

the reason mercy works is because she has a lot of utility. lw has little defensive utility and zero offensive. even though i like the ability, they need to rework his petal into some form of utility

I disagree, because of life pull i end up saving players around 20 times per game, and if you know how to use it his platform and his healing dash gives him insane survivability. Wish i could show you a replay of one of my matches, i was shocked at how i was managing to survive

And his playforms utility comes in ult cancelling as well. Orisa ult? Platform. Zarya ult? Platform. Meis ult? Platform or pull. Bob? Platform and stay under it. Dva ult in an open space? Platform above it. His kit is all about being creative which is why i love playing him so much

@@omarjanabi5801 i dont think you can lift out of grav anymore but, other than those veryyyy specific scenarios his platform is useless. and yeah his pull is definitely good and annoying to play against, but pulling someone removes space from your team. his offensive ability is still low. hes only good at healbotting and thats not a good thing. hes definitely like b tier now but thats only cus theyre giga buffing his numbers, making him another stat padding support and not actually fixing whats wrong with him.

@@mekhayla oh you can i did that in a match like yesterday ahaha, and it provieds a lot of utility for himself to get out of situations, the amount of times i saved myself with the platform is insane, and i have over 100 hours on him rn. And its like saying moiras fade is useless cause all it does is give her positioning and escape options, thats basically what the platform does for liveweaver. And i think people dont see him for what he is, his purpose is positioning your teammates while keeping them alive. A lifeweaver who only healbots isnt doing much good for their team lol. And yeah his offensive output it crap haha but with his movement and survivability if he could actually do good damage hed be really annoying to deal with
