Even in the groceries you should only buy basic masala. Like salt, lal mirch, dhania powder, haldi powder, whole zira, whole mix garam masala. Chaat masala. That's it. Chawal 4 kind of daal, and ata. Later you should learn how to make garam masala and chaat masala by your self it is very cheap and clean. Go to Maheraz chat and garam masala. And follow her. I am saying this with my experience.

Ashirward is good we use in USA 🇺🇸 ALWays fresh 👍🏻Red chilli powder only use National or Shan brand because they’re original pure not others because have not pure they put extra red colors inside!Garam masala only u can use Pakistani brand not Indian because they have a lot of coriander inside
