I look at all the mess afterwards and realize how much I miss it! I am 71 now and my children and Grandchildren are all grown up. Christmas isn’t the same as when you are young and have the excitement of little ones running around. :) Enjoy every second of it as one day they will be all grown up. Your pets really are the best. One moment Kodi is taking a swipe a Teddy, yet Teddy later comes to check on him after Shane slid Kodi into the wrapping paper. Such love between the pets. But then that is true of the whole family. :)
