Awesome recipe. another easy way to get your beans cleaned fast is to wash them immediately.. that way it takes less than 30minutes to get it all washed and clean.

Hello dear lady, I hope you’re well. I absolutely loved your video and I was really impressed by your cleanliness, simplicity and the skilful way in all of your steps. In Sudan, we also make this! The only difference is that we use soaked Tamarind juice instead of water to blend with the beans. It adds a nice earthy sourness to the final result. Keep up the wonderful work.

When I was young my mom will always tell me "when you back from school make sure you the black eye beans I hated to wash it but love to eat it when it's ready.
