Color me impressed with your comfort and ease on using those chopsticks. You won't go hungry nor have to eat with your hands! That marketplace had such a great vibe. Noticed the ice cream stand. The instant ice cream technique where it's made 'fresh' before your eyes' may have it's origins at this very Marketplace. This ice cream making idea made it all the way to the other side of the world to us at a place called Icicles. Thailand has totally influenced the world for the better and we still have so much more to learn from Thailand! It's sooooo yummy! If this is just your appetizer video then I can't wait for the main course!👍

Yes Jodd Fairs is a wonderful night market. I’ve been to several of them here for that is still my favorite. Most of the restaurants will add a 10% service charge to the bill, so that’s your tip. That’s a good little market. I took a chance, in my mind, eating the street sushi. I didn’t have any issues with it, but I’ve decided that I will not tempt fate again with street sushi. Lol

Serg, I just found your content. I really enjoy the videos. We are coming back to Thai on Saturday for the first time since the "situation" around the world. Going to Hua Hin, Ratchaburi then up to Petchabun. Keep up the good work.
