Chiang Rai is also beautiful. Still not too far from Chiang Mai. The famous White Temple is in Chiang Rai. From the Golden Triangle, you could cross to Myanmar or cross the river to Laos, both can be a quick day trip. I love the northern Thailand. Just beautiful mountain area. I can't wait to visit it again. Have a great time, Sarah & Matteo! 😊

I know very little in Thai language, but "kha" is used by women and "khab/khrap" is used by men. So women usually says "sawadee kha" while men says "sawadee krap". Khap khun kha Mat and Sarah for showing your trip in Thailand. I missed that place, working for 6 years in Chiangkan and Aranyaprathet was fulfilling. The food was amazing. Lots of fruits, orchids was big and beautiful, the people are nice too. Hope to visit someday. God bless.
