Actually having the hole in the bottom of the box with the chocolate tray will make it easier for the chocolate tray to slide in and out as the air will be pushed out the hole and not trying to go around the tray. It should slide with less effort.

Love this box, I think I would put ribbon on inside box first then bring it up to outer box before adding top decorative piece on outside. This way it's easier to adjust ribbon to the length needed.

For this box I used Tonic Studio, Craft Perfect. It’s the Collall glue that makes it strong.

Love unusual gift box tutorials, was just wondering where you got the holographic card from? l’m not always a fan of this type of card, and don’t buy it because l’m never sure how to make it look good, but it really enhances this project with the other papers and elements.
