So many people see running as grueling exercise or something you need to do because you're getting in shape, but honestly, running is such a fun and freeing experience. I really put it up there with riding motorcycles for me.

I’ve never shot a bow in my life. Shot a gun, but never a bow. Done lots of triathlons and marathons. It was cool seeing Cam teach Matt how to shoot, and also Wayne. One of my favorite parts is watching the guests shoot for their first time. Watching Wayne teach and dial in the bow is watching a master at his craft. Thanks for the upload guys. Can’t wait for Nick Bare and hopefully Goggins again.
