At the gym - focus on good form - good form with control of a lighter weight will make you bigger strong er and healthier then heavy weight with bad form

Not brandon obviously, but all help is good help. Mentality and discipline are everything. Start with what you know you can do. Build a routine for consistency that you can handle and keep doing it until it's habit. Then push yourself to whatever limit your heart desires. You will learn your limits as you go, just don't let ego beat your goals and planning.
