That's what's up man! The 1000 was my first mpc ever. I loved it then but I cant really go back again. I tried but the features and workflow on the new ones are 2nd to none imo. No more mpc 1000 videos sadly. Thanks for coming by and leaving a comment though 🙏

Yo thanks for teaching me how to build my own program sample by sample I could not remember for the life of me. I could get whole folders to loaf but not a single sound to a single pad without messing with the layers, this way is so much easier

What size CF card are you using? Your loading screen is so fast, mine gets stuck on every folder for about 20 seconds with "Wait...." Using an 8gb Transcend as I read it worked but maybe it's too big. Thanks for the tips!

I just got my MPC 1000 a few days ago. It came with JJ OS 3.12 How do I update it to the latest OS? Is it free?

There is a 3.16 version that is free but to get the added features of os2xl it is a paid version. You can try it out by installing but you can't save anything until you pay for a password. So nothing to loose by just testing it out, to see if you like it. You can find it here www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~mpc1000/

It is a small issue just got a new PCB board last week, thought it was defective. Big thanks to bro video I know it's normal. I would say if the encoder not broke on the original PCB maybe replace the switches.

Thanks again for the videos. I am glad I watched this. The jog wheel on mine is way too sensitive. I am going to try and fix it in setting’s tonight. P.S. Ordered replacement pads for mine from MPCStuff yesterday.

Awesome! I bought pads, a new lcd, and some buttons, it's going too look pretty out there. I like the super sensitive jog wheel option though. You'd probably prefer the other.
