Lifting & Stabilizing Townhouses In Chino Hills, CA - Foundation Repair

On Wednesday we visited one of our crews in Chino Hills, CA as they started day 3 of their #FoundationRepair project. They'll be installing 33 vertical helical piers and 10 helical tiebacks to address the settling and lateral movement that these townhouses are experiencing.
During our visit Justin saw some of the glaringly obvious signs that this structure's foundation has become compromised. We also saw the crew excavating to the bottom of the footing at each of the pier locations.
Next week we'll be stopping by when the crew is installing some of those helical piers. Can you believe we'll be attempting to lift this building 6 entire inches!?
