I have another tip for people reading. You can sell a 3 linked item with each socket being a different colour to get a chromatic orb. However, this is quite well known but it's very useful to know if you are a beginner.

+Stryker XL I've had a go at making a crit magma orb character with a budget of 2 exalts and it's really really fun. I get around 45k DpS with 6 power charges up, but I only have 3k life so if I hit a reflect pack...

1 vendor recipe use often is selling a Level 20 Skill or Support Gem + 1 Gemcutter's Prism = +20% quality to the same Skill or Support Gem. But, it will go back to Level 1 . Which it's ok since Gem Levelling is really easy to max out with the help of maps. Having all your Skills and Support gems from normal to superior quality is a good end game choice.

As a new path of exile player every piece of little information can be a game changing stuff, and im not talking about all the recipes that i of course googled when started playing the game, but when you said "go farm piety and get those chaos orbs" dude that right there is something i never thought about, i was just progressing, and now i ll farm piety to progress safer once i get currency to buy new stuff (as a hardcore player thats pretty important), so thank you for the video and for that added line, for me it was game changing.

For the last recipe, if all of the items are at max quality it adds one more Chaos (or Regal) to the stack. So if you sell all unidentified max quality you will get 3 instead of 2.

The sceptre thing has a variant for wands. If you trade a magic wand with a chaos spell gem (wither, desecrate, etc.) he'll give you a wand with +1 level to socketed chaos gems. Thank you very much for this video. Even though it's old, I've learned several things about the trading system =)

Very nice video, also for the chaos/regal orb thing: if the items are below level 60 they will get give you orb of chance instead and for all 3 recipes you can get 3 of the orbs if all of the armour/weapon in the set are 20% quality.

If you do the chaos recipe with "Elder" or "Shaper" items you get exalt shards If you sell 60 unique rings, you get loreweave If you sell a six linked, you get a divine orb If you sell 3 sextants + orb of scouring, you get a cartographer's seal If you sell 20 chissels + 5 orb's of regret and you get an unshaping orb If you sell a lvl 20 gems + a gemcutters prism, you can flip the lvl for quality

the only problem with the 7 vaal gems is that you can usually sell them on for a few alts or more and when added up it makes you more to sell them individually than a vaal scrub orb would.

thing i see on trying do the recipe for the physical damage on my bow was if the bow is rare (yellow) (dunno if it's called rare or something other ) but the bow will be upgrade but will be a blue item so carefull :)

the one for de-leveling gems i often use, mostly because i overlevel cwdt or immortal call like 3 times in a row because my instincts are to click level up on gems mid fight as to not lose out on gem xp. xD

If i have witch character and i want to go for the most fire DMG i can, is it better to go for double wand (for spell DMG), or for scepter (for elemental DMG) and that shield which gives you some spell DMG?

I prefer dual wands post implicit buff. Dual yielding scepters is certainly good as well. If you play hardcore then wand + shield as the life/es can make a huge difference.

When talking about using orb of regrets and amulets to get the different quest rewards, can you only change from one to the other, or is it broken, where you can get the +1 skill point like normal from the quest, and then also put in 20 regrets and an amulet to get another skill point? I assume that they have it where you cannot do that, but if not, I have a bunch of orbs of regrets that I never use, and would gladly trade them for an extra skill point, so I figured I should at least ask.

Some items have a quality (written at the top of the description). They are often named "Superior XYZ". This quality can reach a maximum of 20% on an item. To get the bauble, you have to have X number of items who's quality reaches or exeades 40% in total. To give an example: you have a hammer with 10%, a dagger with 15%, bow with 10% and gloves with 6%. In total you have a quality of 10+15+10+6=41%. So you get a bauble.

Gino Garzolini No, the number of items doesn't matter. If you had two items with 20% Quality each, it would give you the the stone. It's just that the total quality has to add up to 40% or above, no matter the numer of items you use. Just be careful not to put in gems/flasks, they count towards something else.

+isaac gabriel I think it's related to the required stats to use them.. as you level the gems the required stats go up aswell. So you may end up making that skill gem unusable by you by just clicking away the lvl up.

+isaac gabriel Mostly if you are using Cast On Damage Taken, you may not want to level it up because it means it will only go off when you take more dmg. But It can only cast skills of a required level of the same or lower than itself. So one click can mean you are either forced to lvl your CoDT when you don't want to or scour down the skill you over leveled.
