Leveling kit question for you, 15 Silverado 2500hd, I keep reading that you need shocks or extenders with a 2" level. If that were true then the shock would have to Max out before hitting the bump stop which I don't believe. Cranking keys 1.5-2" doesn't allow the suspension to droop any farther than stock, tell me how I'm wrong.

track with is more like 1.5 inch gain over stock at the 7 in setting

Can you make a video explaining why some kits require you to cut the tie rod ends.

It's to cut costs down for their lift kit. I have the rough country lift and I have to cut mine everytime I replace tie rods. Not a huge deal but it's kinda of annoying after a while. This McGaughys kit gives you replacement tie rods so you dont have to cut. The reason why is you are changing the angles of your front end so when you lift it up the tie rods have to be shorter so they can align your vehicle properly. Hope this helped, I was in your position 6 months ago lol

Zack Daniels it’s also kinda better that we have to cut ours because imagine having to wait however long for a new set to be mailed while your truck is down when you could just go to the auto parts store buy some then cut them

Question. Whats your recommendation on installing a 4.5" zone lift onto a truck that has 2.5" level in front and a 1-2" drop shackles in the rear? And would you be needing wheel spacers after the 4.5" is installed?

Isn't electic steering on these 14 and newer vehicles causing a lot of problems for the lifts and big tires??? I know the direct injection engines need catch cans big time.

The truck has a front drop stance off the lot , so it either evens out the stance or it is a 1” squat

Idk abt rams but Ik lifts are different. Like a Chevy with a 6” is abt the same height as a f-150 with a 4”

If you are using stock wheels probably 3.5in-4.5in spacer or just get offset wheels for clearance.
