Can't adjust the weather app

There are a couple of conditions required for the weather forecast to update the data: 1) Positioning has been authorized; 2) Normal cell phone network; 3) The Bluetooth of the watch is successfully connected to the cell phone; 4) The permission for the watch's application to run in the background of the cell phone has been turned on. If all the above conditions are met, the weather temperature will be updated every hour, if there is still no change, please close the APP from the background and reopen it

There is no "watch face" option on that app Ok it's now called as "dial library "
