Light and fluffy Orange Cake.

FULL RECIPE ⬇️
Orange Cake with icing and speckled chocolate mini eggs.
Ingredients
1 cup + 2 tablespoons of sugar
4 jumbo eggs
1 cup of oil ( canola or vegetable oil)
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon egg yellow food coloring
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice (remove pips)
2 tablespoons of orange zest
2 cups of Sifted cake flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder +1 teaspoon of baking powder. ( 35 grams)
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
For the icing
1 cup of Sifted icing sugar
2 & 1/2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice.
