It's good to see a truck derby without a lot of crimped beds. Drivers need to remember that derby is not only for us, it's also for the audience - and there are more of THEM. Their tickets provide the prize money. Speaking as a driver and a fan, people like to see mostly-undamaged sheet metal get crumpled and bent. If you pre-wreck the back end of your vehicle, it takes away literally half of what they came to watch.

I had hopes for the Suburban/Yukon XL, but it looked like he was having trouble with power output and the turning ratio, leading to a classic 45+ year old Ford to win as usual.

@@DemolitionDerbyMN If it was an Expedition, then it would have to be one made in the past 5-10 years, which would be an Expedition MAX, seeing older Expeditions are the size of a Tahoe/Yukon. Otherwise, maybe an Excursion. They were huge for their time.
