❤ isn’t it wonderful? I received my light language awakening through meditation and deep breathing. Breathing in fully through the nose and breathing out slowly through the mouth. Mine is connected with kundalini yoga as well. Overall it’s been a blessing to my health and well being as well as my spirit. Emily’s awakening may have unfolded differently. But I am no less thankful for her authentic spirit.

The concept of light language is very new to me. I have always been a spiritual person (raised in church but never felt it was my truth). A year ago, however, my amazing life was thrown into absolute chaos and every single aspect of my life changed. My Journey, and my Awakening, has been an extremely intense joyride so far. I got married for the second time last year, and on our way to our honeymoon, our car slid backward down an icy mountain road, and we almost fell backward into a ravine (no traffic, cell service, nothing. Darn GPS). As we were sliding backwards toward the blackness, helpless to stop, I started yelling out in a language I did not know or understand. My voice was commanding and I knew the situation was in hand. Needless to say, we survived. Since learning of the concept of light language, I now wonder if I spoke or somehow channeled a light language that night.
