The term should be the Luo. Not Luos. People of the same culture and language are normally a plural already. There are exceptions, especially when referring to states. So we have the Kisii, and not Kisiis, the Gikuyu and not Gikuyus etc. I'm aware that many people have not studied English that much, but the English article "The" have over 15 applications.

That is Luo from Uganda and that's my Adhola tribe , traditional dance with musical instruments, fumbo, tongoli, teke and milege. What do you mean?
