Man I forgot how dark and real this series gets. But that also makes it more real and I feel teaches people empathy which is some that is needed more in the world. Something that the first few chapters of Tana the evil also shared.

I suggest getting a JNovel Club subscription. It's basically the Light Novel equivalent of a simulcast. For AoB, you'll get access to all as of yet not formally published volumes (ergo, Volumes that are fully translated but not available for buying yet. Mostly because they're still being edited or stuff like that), as well as a new part (roughly 1/8th of a volume) every Monday 11pm European Standard Time. Aka you get as much reading material as Quof (the translator) works through on a weekly basis. Think of it like Beta access for a videogame. The parts you'll be reading aren't in their fully polished state, especially for names there'll likely be some changes before it's finally published, but overall that doesn't change the reading experience all that much

Finally got around to finishing this volume today. I loved the epilogue parts. Gil is pretty adorable. The stuff with Lutz I found much more emotional in the LN compared to the anime. It really helped having his dad's thoughts I think

In the Fanbook #2 the phrases in the temple's expenses are explained: Income: divine will = budget from the archduke gift from the gods = any other income (like blue-robe child-support etc.) Expense: divine will = salary for the noble priests flowers for the gods = clothing and other fashion expenses for flower-offering water for the gods = hosting fees (feasts and wine whenever a noble visits) divine compassion = any expense for the orphanage

One of the best things out there!! Both the Bookworm series, AND these videos by Trash-Tier Waifu are pure gold, to be found with joy and hoarded in your vault of Precious things (yes, that was a Gollum reference). I have collected and read every volume, but the details and connections are so many and multi-layered that the full depth of the series only comes out when it is deiscussed by multiple people... or, if you don't have a strong circle of fellow Bookworms to share with, then by watching an Arch-Scholar like this break-it-down in front of you. His comments are wonderful, his voice and delivery are great, and the "puppet theater" is not only amazing... the lines they say that are NOT from the books completely crack me up time and again. This is one of the favorite things in my world right now, has been for years, and I humbly petition you to continue to the very end. Praise be to the Gods! Praise be Rosemyne! ... & praise be to Trash-Tier Waifu.

So ive been thinking about it. And the grey robe shrine maidens sassyness does make a bit of sense. Shes the high bishops retainer, atleast in the anime she is, so it makes sense for her to begoibg to the bookroom to put away documents for him and i can def see the bishops retainers being sassyer and more high and mighty compared to other grey robes. She may have interjected partially on the bishops orders, seeing myne lying about what happened by omitting the truth and wanting to make sure she didnt try to pretend nothing happened since bezewanst wanted that large gold

I really like this part, the only thing I find really weird is that Lutz’s family doesn’t ever bring up the rumors that Benno is grooming Myne. Lutz doesn’t tell them anything about him, as far as they know the neighborhood creep is trying to steal their youngest son right out from under them. Why draw attention to the way people see Myne and Benno’s relationship multiple times if it’s not going to come up when it’s most dramatic?

If you use them by dozens, it doesn't matter if the targeted duchy has the rights to the black weapon spell ;). Darkness attribute feythings are basically natural disaster class. It takes at least a full platoon of knights to take down a single full-grown trombe and every single mistake runs the risk of serious casualties, not to mention the extreme environment destruction, that the trombes are taken down or not. It would likely take less time for the interdiction of such a tactics to pop up in the Book of Laws ( if it isn't already in ) than for the dissemination of such a huge number of trombes to end :p.
