Light -> Reflection - Bouncing back of light ray after hitting an opaque object 1) regular reflection - occurs on smooth surface 2) irregular reflection - occurs on irregular surface Laws of reflection - 1) Angle of incidence to Angle of reflection (|_i = |_r) 2) Normal , reflected ray , and incident ray lie on the same plane . Types of mirrors 1) Plane mirror 2) concave mirror 3) convex mirror PLANE MIRROR Image formed is laterally inverted , same size , virtual and erect . Concave mirror forms either real or inverted images Convex mirror only form virtual , erect and diminished . -> Refraction - Bending of light ray after passing through different density . 1) Angle of incidence , Angle of Refraction and Normal lie on same plane . 2) Snells Law Sin of angle of incidence to sin of angle of refraction is equal and is known as refractive index of a medium .

@@RameshG-eb7kd It's easy if you are able to touch these mirrors. The caved inwards are the concave ones. But, because you haven't touched them yet, you'll need to imagine. Also a concave one will be able to burn a paper if kept right under the sunlight
