When I go to the nutrition facts on your website it says that the "whole recipe" is 175 calories. That is very unlikely. You may want to take another look at that. Also when you change the recipe on the site for USA cups it just gives you grams. Most people don't have a kitchen cooking scale. I plan to try this recipe for sure since it looks easy and delicious but there are a few tips for the future.

I have to convert the recipe in grams to ounces, using wheat flour and made this, it's very delicious. I personally never like regular pancake due to the maple syrup over dose, this recipe only use 1 teaspoon of sugar with just a hint of sweetness with the savory from ham + cheese, this is just perfect. Thanks Akis!

Extra virgin olive oil is a bit pricy in here because it's imported from Spain and Italy. BUT.... Eversince I started watching your Kitchen Lab, I now don't have much guilt in getting more of it at groceries. Hahaha! 😂❤️The fact that it is really a healthy oil. ❤️👍

Mmm, I made these today. I substituted the turkey and cheese slices with 200g grated courgette and 100g cheddar cheese (although you could easily add way more!) plus a large handful of fresh parsley.
