i think it would be cool if this was a synergy rather than a debuff, it makes more sense first you drain the enemy of their perception of color then you blast them in the face with bright light imagine how much that would hurt IRL, it would be like the effect of sitting in a dark room then having someone open the shades but to the power of 100

No... the debuff makes sense because you're reducing how bright they'd see the light. It's more like being put into a dark room after you were in a well lit environment, then see light flashing at you from behind the shades of the room.

Btw guys, shields don't do anything for us mages. Not even when u manualy equip them then try to block/parry.

you cannot get negative synergies if you apply both status effects. Ex: sailor/acid warlock has no decreased damage

A tyrant who subjugated all the kingdoms around him with his might only for his kingdom to be burned to ash after his death by the surrounding kingdoms out of revenge. From what I remember, it also shortens the user's lifespan.
