The cornbread looks delicious. We loved your chili recipe. Sad to say there is none left to freeze as the grandkids came over. They are at the " I'm hungry" between bites ages. I'll try the cornbread next week when I make vegetable soup. Thanks for sharing your recipe Rusty!!!

Your cornbread looked so light it looked like cake Rusty! Thank you for sharing your delicious looking recipe!! Do you ever put diced green chilies in your cornbread or even some whole kernel corn? I have and it’s extra good that way in my opinion. Some people put cheese in their cornbread but I haven’t tried that. Thanks again! Blessings 👍🏼🤗

i have and like adding green peppers some times. one thing with me and i know its strange is when i have chili or just a bowl of brown beans i love to cut up onion and eat it on a side dish like eating a apple lol i think its so good. and sometimes i put cornbread in a bowl and pour butter milk over it so good.but that comes from my Grandmother lol.
