In case you actually dont know. The lore in the base game is that Mohg took Miquella's body in the cocoon and had *plans* for it. Without going into too much detail, there is a reason people were calling him the Mohglester. But (no spoilers) the DLC recontextualizes everything and all ill say is Mohg beat the allegations

3:53 that is Shabriri, who looks exactly like Yura for... reasons. I cant quite remember if you have to do Yura's questline in order for Shabriri to appear, but that might be the case. Shabriri is basically the end of the questline anyway and tries to direct you to the chaos ending of the game.

No you do not need to do yuras quest shabriri shows up regardless but you will miss alot of context of how it even happened cuz SPOILERS . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . shabriri stole yuras body so...
