Personally, for me it depends on the singers style but I havent always been a fan of bands who use two styles of singing except for like the black dahlia murder because I feel like some vocalists who use clean and screaming style singing usually suck at one and are very good at the other but imo Howard is phenomenal at both and well rounded. I could listen to him sing an entire song with clean vox or screaming vox wouldnt matter because he is really good.

The first time I saw Howard live was at a MySpace secret show at the key club in Hollywood with killswitch....it was sold out but my boy who was head of security at the time, Chris got me and a couple girls in to see their set...and from that day on I was sold..his warm resonance combined with his highs that all fill the room with the same power are unmatched...plus I got laid that night and the best road head of my life because the girls thought I was cool for getting us all in...HJ gave me memories without a rent a vocalist sound that ill never forget..can we start again?
