I mean any stunner is capable of throwing similar damage, you just have to build them really well. Like his lighter disc are really amazing, having both crit rate and crit damage as well as attack percentage. He have very little wasted substats

Looks like you haven’t seen qingyi dps build She could do way way better dmg comparing to lighter (bc of the stun multiplier) Still,lighter is generally better as a buffer to the team instead of a stun dmg increase

yea i was on the fence about running that Fire set, I instead ran the Impact set but i did manage to get 62% crit rate, 120%? crit damage (maybe higher) and 2.6k ATK with an impact disc. And that alone has been pretty enjoyable.

Lowk might be better than S11 since the damage happens all at once rather than over a full combo. Landing a full morale barrage plus sunrise upper feels so much stronger than S11's combo and EX. I was lucky enough to F2P both Lighter and his signature Wengine with 150+ pulls to spare for the fox lady. Replicated the build but substats are hell to grind. Got 150.8% crit dmg, 30% crit rate and 2.5k atk. My shiyu numbers have never been better!
