King Creole as a character really is awesome, from his name, to his mannerisms, to his absolute cruelty upon the author... Tragic, but also the pinnacle of evil. And the story as a whole was awesome!

Just relistened to this incredible series for the 5th or 6th time since it was released a couple of years ago. After over a decade of listening to hundreds of stories, this is imo the #1 Creepypasta series. The excellent story and fantastic narration makes “I work at a half price voodoo shop” stand above all others. This is a great piece of art.

I love the Voodoo Puppet stories, but I must confess, I’d love to hear the rest here. I saw a couple of other people narrated the third one and I just couldn’t do it. The ones I tried to listen to were monotone and I just couldn’t do it. They’re brought to life here and nothing else sounds right for it. I won’t admit to being spoiled by much, but I’m picky about my narrations and I only consistently listen to 5 people. I watch other stuff, but for my stories, I am picky.

Reading (or rather listening atm, i only have 1 volume on audiobook) a light novel right now, and it reminded me of the experience i had watching this a few years ago. I still remember visualizing the scenes in my head while listening to both parts almost 5 hours straight. I just wanted to say that the author of this did an incredible job, and you also did an incredible job reading the story. It really was such an amazing experience that i can to this day remember the scenes so vividly as if i genuinely watched them play out on a tv screen.
