But when I got my securitization mortgage audit back it literally put a fire under me that I’ve not been able to put out! Ive been 10 steps ahead of these fraudulent pretender lenders…. I just filed an injunction w/TRO against Regions. They are the servicer. However, they have no standing. Mortgage was signed in 2021 with DHI. DHI sent a goodbye letter a few weeks later saying Regions would be the servicer. However, the assignment was not recorded until 2 years later. Furthermore, when I requested verification to prove their standing to foreclose, they claimed Fannie owned and was assigned the loan, yet there is no recorded evidence of this. It was also securitized into Fannie's REMIC Trust, according to an audit report I had done. So here we have invalid transfers, a broken chain of title, not to mention fraudulent payments. Regions collected for 2 years with nothing but a goodbye letter as their justification. The cherry on top is the profit made from the securitization aspect.

How does this apply without a mortgage & property was foreclosed due to property taxes?

Property taxes is another matter. Not related to this video but note this: You are referred to in the county tax records as 'tenant' not 'owner'. You can't be taxed on property for just existing. The fact is you are not regarded as 'owner' but as a tenant and if you don't pay your rent, you get evicted. Let that settle in. This does tie in to the mortgage issue in an abstract way because when the note is sold in the secondary market and securitized, long story short, the original debt is cancelled and zeroed out on the books. It doesn't exist. The servicer is in effect collecting your payments as 'rent payments' because the mortgage no longer exists.
