Imagine Jordan being the lighting director, our eyes would freak out before the end of the show lol

Yeah. He'd find a way to play arpeggio tornadoes on this lighting desk.

This is one of the best videos that show how an LD lays out and operates the lighting console during a show. Thank you.

I did security for him at a small local show way back in 1989. He was amazing. He'd tell me to "watch this" before he'd send off a cool effect. Good to see he's still in the biz.

This guy is a BEAST> I've watched him doing his stuff on a few songs at several shows. He's just in his own world, when the show is going down.

Be a lightning director its same tough as play an instrument, I can guarantee its more difficult!! each knob has different functions and depends which part DT is playing live.one knob for drums another for bass another for each intro etc..should be an engineer to fill that position!!

For this guy it's the programming that's tough. Then the show pretty much runs itself and he can add stuff to it with his manual buttons. And to top it all off he knows the songs well by now. I work at a concert hall with new acts every day and I don't know most their songs and can't preprogram anything. So for me it's program wjat you think might be needed and the entire show is just button pressing...

Somebody tell this guy that the rotating LED "menorahs" he keeps putting behind Mangini look ridiculous.
