For those who can't access the lighting pattern in the infotainment center, does your EV9 have matte paint? I found out this is only available for EV9s with glossy paint. It's incompatible with the matte paint. 😢

I was supposed to get this with my purchase… like other early adopters! It never came as an update to my car! I put in a ticket with customer service!!!
