Here is a ride experience video of Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, using the new Lightning Lane! This is definitely substantially faster than waiting in the stand by line, which was 2 hours at the time. This was filmed on October 19th 2021 from around 8:15pm - 8:50pm

So individually priced headliner attractions...or wait in the standby line. That can get pretty expensive especially for a family. Disney wants to make standby unappealing pushing you towards LL. One possible upside to this is they may start building more E tickets to charge you for..😃

Yep that’s very true. That’s the only reason why Disney allowed standby for Rise!

✨Holy Smokes! Aren't we a pampered lot having eyes on Beck in record breaking time! I wonder if overuse of the animatronics will lead to the B mode used more but time will tell. Nice video and lucky getting a night pass. Even on film, night gives this ride a different feel. Thx 4!

Yes, I believe that will be the case in terms of the animatronics. It really is insane how often something breaks on this ride daily. It was down 3 times on Tuesday! Thanks for watching as always Liz!

Thought they didn't offer that for rise?! Holyyyyyy shit had we known! Waited FIVE HOURS on Tuesday to get on amongst 3 breakdowns. Still worth it in the end

So is it kinda the same to get a lightning lane, like a boarding pass? Wait til the clock strikes right at the top of the hour then try and buy one before it sells out? Can these purchased ahead of time?

Yes pretty much. You can only buy it the day of. Resort guests get to buy first beginning at 7am, and regular guests that aren’t staying at a resort are forced to wait till park open to buy, which by then there are almost no more Lightning lane passes available

Yea, the ride was down just an hour before this was filmed due to issues with the Kylo Ren animatronic

Last time I saw at Disney's app it was 70 minutes waiting...

@@TheBeaMedeiros thats not bad at all given its their top attraction. When I was there in April there was no stand by line. You had to get in a boarding group via the app at 7am or 1pm percisely and there was a high probability you wouldnt get in one and couldnt go on it at all.
