Wow that was amazing footage. I'm a native of NY and never in my 30 yrs living there have I seen lightning like that in the City, except for at Jones beach and I was terrified. Be safe.

We had a thunderstorm in Edmonton, Alberta, last night. Lightning actually hit the Commonwealth Stadium. It hit the stands. Thankfully, there was nobody attending any sporting events, or concerts, in that stadium. Cheers! ✌️
