My goodness.., that has to be the best and most soulful cover of this song. His runs were excellent, and at such a young age his voice and style reaches back before his generation. You don’t hear these old school runs like this that much today. This kids life struggle comes through his singing voice, and you can feel the pain he’s endured through those soulful runs and vibrato.

Good stuff for sure. A friend of mine found several trimes in a field and when I did some research, it was the site of an old post office. Since trimes were devised because stamps went to 3 cents, it would make sense. Those silver cufflinks and buckle piece meant some high rollers lived there. Thanks!

I found back to back Trimes in one day. About 10 feet apart and one was on top of the soil. It was a great day of detecting

A capped bust exactly like the 5 cent, 10 cent and 25 cent coins. It has a 50 cent on the back not half dollar. They were the coins before they called the coins half dimes, dimes, quarters and half dollars. They look just like the classic head Large Cents. I know this because I'm blessed with living in South Jersey so even though they aren't all over it's not rare to find them like they are down south or west.. Todays modern detectors has a lot to do with seeing more of them popping up. But those Halves (50 Cent) pieces aren't popping up in any big numbers that's for sure but they do pop up. Like twice a decade lol
