So it’s not possible to do it like on the desktop version where you using raw files taking from your camera’ not the phone camera ‘ I’m sure many people who are watching this video are looking for the same awnser,pictures taken on either a mirolles or a DSLR camera and merge them together into one for a single HDR final picture on the mobile app

This video is useless it doesn't actually show any of the process to create the stacked exposures to the final composite image. I don't think it works on my s21 ultra properly processes them. Surely I still need a desktop application like lightroom cc or photoshop to merge them together. This needs to made clearer so people know what to do.

Hi, great new update! Question: in the HDR mode, why when "export original" on iOS (I have a 7 Plus) it only exports a 3MP image and not the full 12.1MP one?
@TobiasScheidt7 жыл бұрын
Would like to give it a try, unfortunately my device is not (yet) supported. Let's see what the future brings ;-) Nevertheless seems to be a fantastic and neatly implemented new feature (especially the automatic deghosting/tone mapping!) for those who can use it already. Keep up the good work, guys!

is OIS used to align the 3 images? as far as I know, you can't use OIS when capturing raw or when using the flash. Is the blending and the development in lightroom mobile 100% same as in the desktop version? Will we see OIS usage (and thus lower shutter speeds) in the future?
@mihailazar24877 жыл бұрын
István Maász no it uses control point perspective matching to align ... A technique used since the early days of digital photography

Why Iphone 5s is not HDR supported? There is a whole bunch of apps that provide HDR even to older Iphone devices.
@jaiskreno6 жыл бұрын
Dear gravitsapa, to have advanced photography features supported on Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for mobile (like HDR and RAW image capture on iSight cameras), your device must match the following criteria: *1)* iSight Camera that is recording *12MP or higher resolution images* *2) iOS 10 or later* that has the right Raw Image Capture or RAW API *3)* Advanced enough system ( *A9 or later* ) Even though many older iPhones, like iPhone 4 had HDR capability, *they did not match the Adobe Lightroom criteria and system requirements to be able to capture and process HDR images in real time* .

How come HDR Capture is NOT supported by the brand new Samsung S9, the best Android phone to date?

So, no HDR on iOS 9? Before you tell me I have the wrong phone, it's 6s+.
@jaiskreno6 жыл бұрын
iOS 10 is the first release of iOS that adds HDR and RAW photo capture to third party apps from the AppStore. This is done by implementing the Raw-Capture API in XCode. Developers started to take advantage of this feature, science introduction in 2016 with iOS 10 Betas, quickly followed by iPhone 7 launch in 2016. Your iPhone 6S Plus can easily upgrade to iOS 10, and to iOS 11 by this point in time. It is super easy to do, if you need help upgrading visit support.apple.com. Older iPhone devices like iPhone 6 and earlier are not supported because HDR and RAW API require A9 processor found in iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus. Not only that, but to capture RAW you will need an 12MP iSight sensor, that is only found on iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus and later.

Can you enable it for the Galaxy Note 7? There are still about 100,000 of these phones out in the wild, and they are soon to be millions released as refurbished units. They have the same camera as the Galaxy S7/S7 Edge.
@oldbonesuk11394 жыл бұрын
Why, when Lightroom CC has no problem combing 3 bracketed shots and has done this for years, Are you only offering this on the App for a "few" phones, and deliberately exclude the Huawei phones, some of the very best photographic phones in the market?

@kurtlindner7 жыл бұрын
*Edit Fuck it, Adobe doesn't care if they don't give a shit about what people want at this point anymore, they just do their own thing. Give better support, developing only (primarily) for iOS shows how bad the software engineers you have on this project are; don't waste your time doing anything unless you're willing to actually fucking listen to the people who use your products professionally and know what the fuck they're doing when using them. This isn't a feature, it's a bone thrown to Apple fanboys.
