What if Goku accidently killed Dr. Gero at the Red Ribbon Army base all the way back in Z? No Gero means no Androids, but would this mean no Future Trunks? No, he would still come by to give Goku the heart medicine. He might even reveal the Z-Fighters that in 10 years (instead of 5 I think), they should watch out for a new threat known as Majin Buu. Turns out, since the Z-Fighters had no one to fight (No Androids, no Perfect Cell), they weren't strong enough to beat Buu, especially with Vegeta going Majin, so he might not be tempted to turn evil this time. So a simpler title to this is What if There Was No Android Saga? And another idea is What if Dr. Gero unleashed Cell first instead of Android 19? Would Trunks still be like, "This isn't the Android he was looking for." or would he warn the Z-Fighters about that?

What if the Red Ribbon Army Turned Good? If it's too hard, then what if Mercenary Tao Turned Good? That means the Z-Fighters already have a cyborg on their side LONG before Android 17 and 18 were created. Who knows, he might even point out Dr. Gero made these enhancements and might actually warn Goku of the Android project early on, long before Trunks arrives to warn them of the same thing.

Lightro, I'm guessing you're going for this because of the Rule of Cool, but I'd appreciate it if you could elaborated on exactly how Vegeta managed to convince Mr. Popo & even enter the Hyperbolic Time Chamber because I am perplexed at how this would work in this What If's canon? Vegeta wouldn't have known about before getting that information from Mr. Popo, Vegeta just attacked Earth, Mr. Popo is Kami's Attendant, Kami is the Guardian of Earth, and Kami just died because of Nappa & Vegeta. How did Mr. Popo let that slip, without him speaking up about it or no one noticing where he went? Why would he let that happen when he knows Vegeta is outnumbered 6 to 2? Why didn't Mr. Popo let anyone else into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber?

I actually planned to elaborate more in Part 2, but I guess here is fine too. So my idea was that it was basically a day before they left. The reason Popo had let him in was because Vegeta was actually intrigued as to what the chamber was, noting that it kinda just sat there. We know Popo is a pacifist, but was actually somewhat aggressive when training Goku, so the idea was Popo told him about it to get him to go in, thinking it would drive Vegeta insane. However, this didn't happen, and Vegeta actually thrived in there. This is mainly due to him being used to 10× gravity, but he didn't get a massive boost because he could only withstand it for so long. That was basically my idea for this as I figured someone would ask this. Hopefully this explains it.

I'm surprised you set Goku's growth so low, since his potentials is generally better than the rest. But I do love that the humans are getting a chance to actually shine. Still, is Vegeta really that dumb to pick a fight now before taking on Frieza? You'd think even his pride would wait till the tyrant is down before stoking his ego. Also, I love your use of music in this to give each section a good undertone. It's something a lot of other What If-er's I follow don't use as well, just sticking to the same track looping a lot of times.

I'd like too point out that dragonball super broly showed that Raditz had been with vegeta sense he was 8 so he'd definitely have way more than just a basic control of the ozaroou form it wouldn't be perfect but it'd be more of a intermediate level of control, because destroyed planets with vegeta and nappa so I'm sure they would have taught him to control it to an intermediate level so he wouldn't ya know rampage and be useless. Also gine could be brought back later with the namekian dragonball's by having the namekian's wish for her soul to brought back and then wish for her to be brought back to life and teleported to earth.

I dont agree with your powerlevels but with your statement about how the dragonballs work. They cant revive multiple people at once who died more than a year ago. Individual people can be revived though. How do you think they revived Frieza in Super or how could they take turns reviving the Z fighters after Namek (waiting for a year to revive the rest)? Kami only said that it isnt possible to revive a large group of people who have been dead for over a year. It's a common misconception.

Goku should be stronger since he is training with bardock who started out at a power lvl of 50k goku's power lvl was 90k and he trained alone now training with other even stronger then him he should get a bigger power boost around 200k and vegeta is way too strong he shouldn't be higher then 300k to 350k cuz the only one that can help him in training is bardock and he's probably gonna be too proud as a prince to even train with a low class

Well Goku is also weaker when he starts training. 6,240 compared to over 8,000, and he doesn't get a Zenkai since he wasn't wounded at all in the fight. So the Goku that trained and got up to 90,000 likely had a power level of about 10,000, whereas this Goku had one of 6,240, so 150,000 makes sense. It's still a much bigger boost than in canon.
