I like this director. The popcorn started out full and it wasn't a prop. They remembered to empty the cups and the popcorn container before the next scene. A lot of directors have mess ups. This one though, has an attention to details.

I just watched a version of this on Great American Family that included onscreen texts throughout. The first few added an extra element of quirkiness (and the Hope introduction text was actually hilarious), but some of the later ones seemed to be the exact opposite of the "show, don't tell" rule and trusting your audience. I also thought it was really awkward that another one of the texts literally referenced "Identical Love" in the way it did in the middle of the movie; a better way to make the joke would have been "This is Barry. He was in 'Identical Love'".
