Everything is pixels (leds) without projection. Like more pixels I would like to eventually add some house projection.

So how does this work, does it act as a giant display? Are you using WLED?

The house is dressed in 8k WS2811 Pixels, they are the resistor 12v style. Two controllers control the show a Holiday Coro Hinkspix pro and a Kulp k32 with beagle compute. The show is compiled and created with Xlights and run through xSchedule.

Where are the actual Halloween decorations? Pixels have no soul. It's like looking at Times Square.

Ha we've put up one blow-up since the video, but we've had halloween decor on the porch that isn't visible at night.
