I hate that everytime lights releases new music everyone complains that it doesn't sound like her first album. She's 30, not 18. She's going to sound different everytime she releases material because she's not going to be the same person every 3 or 4 years or so. I learned about her just before Siberia was released and I've loved every release since then because I love ALL her music.

yelh_moo thank you! I feel the same way and that's when I started to listen to her as well. Siberia is still my favorite album she made. They are all good in a unique way. People just think the artist has to stay the same forever and ever. Like people grow and change. It's like an old saying. "A individual never enters the same river twice."

It's really rare for an artist to literally get better every album. Her voice has improved so much every album she's put out. I am truly happy & feel so blessed I discovered her music about 2 1/2 months ago. She is so beautiful, so talented, & her voice, is legit so good. She sounds exactly the same, if not better, on all her albums, when she sings live. That's true talent. I absolutely love her. I'm totally hooked! ❤️🎶🌊

When you go from old songs from The Listening album all the way to this it sounds so different but it still has a slight feel of how your music has always been, though it's a bit different i'm glad you keep the same elements. I love all the music you put out and I can't wait for this album!

I found out about this song at my second job in Bath & Body Works. Every time they played this song, I just fell in love with her voice and the way the song sounds. I had no clue who it was by and about two weeks after I finally typed in the words to her song in google and this popped up. So glad I found who it's by and so glad whoever is in charge of the Bath & Body Works playlist included this specific song. ^__^

LIGHTS has been my biggest inspiration in life. she has no idea who I am and doesn't know how much of an influence she's had on me. I've loved everything about her and her music since she released her first February Air and I have loved every single song, every song she's featured in and every cover she's ever done. Lights literally doesn't have a bummer song. Every album is unique and calculated. Not one filler. Every song has a real meaning, a real personality. The Listening, Siberia, Little Machines (my personal favorite), and Skin & Earth, are all outstanding.

I love it. I've been following her since MySpace and the first few video blogs. The music has grown with me. I'm also 29 so we're about the same age. And I've been a musician and artist since 13 and I can say that artists and creative people change within months. Tastes, style, insight...it isn't a Good thing to listen to an artist and hope it sounds like this or that. It is what it is and they are who they grow to be. But I absolutely love it. It's awesome to listen to someone as a peer and an influence through a good portion of their coming to be.
