They have the title of Dr. because they have achieved a Psy D or PhD in their field of study. That is pretty straight forward I think. Stay away from Benny Hinn.

@@johnsonjohnson6919 I know that you uncomfortable seeing him doing that in the audience but this is what he and most black preachers of the churches of christ gets to grab the audience's attention during their sermons. This is a style of preaching that they choose to preach to people. It's just a preference
