Data management is a very complex subject but I particularly appreciated that you have used the chunking strategy to facilitate rhe assimilation of the information and to boost our memory. Great video George. I really like your call out that this is not a technology problem but a BUSINESS problem!! Thus, implementing a MDM technology solution w/o a formal enterprise data governance program will not bring success.

Well presented. Totally agree with your list of essentials in an MDM project. Unfortunately due to bad planning teams rush to technical solution than a business solution ending up with same data problem that dictated MDM in the 1st place.
