@7:00 while Minerva is mandatory draw, the same applies to Danger monsters. Since both cases aren't certain you may activate the effect then resolve as much as possible. TLDR; you can mill but not draw. Same thing happened with Chaos Ruler although that case was optional.

So I checked and you can actually still mill under Droll with Minerva. Also D-Barrier does still apply under the fieldspell. It actually does nothing against D-Barrier

This duel mentally hurt me lmao, the tenpai player not being on black rose is insane, how do they expect to win against control/backrow strategies? And synchro summoning during the main phase is exceptionally strong against d-barrier, as the sangen synchros revive themselves and still OTK if they just dont flip the barrier early enough

Minerva can activate under Droll, because Konami said so. As far as i know there's no real predictable rules for this, some effects that include effects that do not necessarily add cards can be activated under droll, some can't.

I understand if D barrier already resolved, like summoning an unaffected by card effect monster while skill drain is up, but what about when d barrier is activated after black rose is summoned

it's dirt cheap outside of trident dragion (which is a 1 of) and some other extra deck cards if you want a top 5 LEDE deck for a low pricetag it's definitely worth, but it's far less skill based than other options and if you can't OTK you just lose

The deck has access to Black Rose that you can't respond to, has 33k damage you can't interact with and can play twenty non engine. I pray to fuckin GOD that this deck doesn't get more support. It's borderline unfair at this point.
