Can there be identification with "One Taste" that frees us from all partial identifications?

This is the placebo effect. Its effectiveness hasn't been measured, but hypnosis, which works in the same way, averages 80-95% success rates over six sessions for treating anxiety, depression, ptsd, addiction, weight management, irritable bowel syndrome, pain, anger, dyslexia, stress, asthma, sleep disorders, warts, fertility, blood pressure, nausea, headaches/migraines, and more. Similarly, psilocybin mushrooms, and MDMA, are 65-75% successful at treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and so on, after a single session. In some drug trials, placebo effect is causing effective drugs to fail because a significant benefit over the placebo effect cannot be attained. Shamanic healing, faith healing, and spiritual healing, typically rely entirely on the placebo effect and, in some shamanic cultures, there's steep competition between healers. Lucid dreaming has been used to improve mental health, and develop skill sets

You obviously have a strong attachment to thought. But have no understanding that you are the experiencer, the observer of thought. That is the true identity. You can think your just a brain or you can see you are the observer of all thoughts feelings and sensations. You can’t do this by thinking about it, it’s a direct experience. Yes you can change the mind through placebo, but you can’t change the experiencer of all of that. Your conflating two different things.
