Lik is also Serbian for a character, a dude or a funny person, Dušanka is a common Serbian female name, doctor is, well doctor, and if you write these words together, in Serbian it means that doctor Dušanka is quite a character, or that she's a funny girl. That's why I said the title is hilarious if you understand Serbian language.
