Not played live. That d be waaaaayyyy too.. ah well. costly? recording a piano is one of the most difficult things for a sound engineer.. so.. I´d guess either Hans Zimmer Piano or 1990 Studio Grand from 8dio... My personal favorite is piano in blue btw.. but this doesnt sound that warm... and.. jazzy xD
